I've been contemplating switching schools as of late (no..I'm not actually going to). It's just embarrassing to me to be labeled as an enrollee at Woodland High School as well as in the Bartow County School System.

Yet, I still want to be in high school. I have a fear of losing all of the friends that I have right now, and that will undoubtedly happen in less than a year. Many of the people that I would see everyday I will never see again. When I throw my cap in the air, that will be the last memory I have of many of my companions. I don't have a fear of growing up; I have a fear of losing my youth.

Oy vey.

How time seems to fly amazes me. My last update was in April.

MORE THAN TWO MONTHS AGO!

But with that aside, much has happened in these two months:

   - A relationship meeting and exceeding a year and a half. (I love you, Kim )

   - Employment (Target)

   - Placing at the Region 7-AAAA track meet

   - My 17th birthday

   - The beginning of summer (I miss the seniors that just graduated already...)

   - And lots of other things (I don't want to take up 1,000 pages).

But yes...I will regularly update my Xanga again. I miss it actually.

Now with that out of the way, I will take my leave and go to bed. Night night everyone.

Took the SAT on Saturday... I feel like my new score will be an improvement on my last. After the SAT, I went to Helen with Kimmy. Great time I must say. We need more weekend getaways.

A realization I had over this weekend:

It dawned on me that I love to argue, even if the point I side with isn't the point I personally agree to. I also like to talk about theological ideals. I can't really explain why, but I just do. I love to extract a person's ignorance (sometimes my own) and shove it in their face. I dislike close-mindedness.

Anyway, Kim is off to Cancun soon. I hope she has an awesome time! While she sunbathes in the paradise of Cancun, Mexico, I'll be sitting on my ass in the semi-paradise of my living room (or a friend's house..I dunno).
